Cultivation is one thing.Knowing what to do with it is another.
A small Sri Lankan chocolate studio, working one batch at a time.
We started in a home kitchen with a marble slab, a thermometer and far too many flavour experiments. What kept us going was simple: chocolate made here, by hand, that people actually look forward to receiving.
Everything is still made in small batches. We temper by hand, wrap by hand and taste every flavour far more times than strictly necessary before it earns a place in the collection. It is slower, and we would not do it any other way.
It's comes to the little details.
Small batches, considered ingredients and enough patience to let each step take the time it needs. Nothing is rushed to fill a shelf.
The finishing matters just as much: how a bar is wrapped, how a box opens, how it feels to hand over. We make chocolate people enjoy giving as much as receiving.

Modern Sri Lankan chocolate, made with intent.
We want chocolate made in Sri Lanka to feel current, with flavours that are distinctly ours and a foundation that makes them different. Every chocolate we make starts with garbanzo beans, reimagined into something unexpected.
That means fewer products, made better. Each flavour has a reason to exist, bringing together Sri Lankan character and our garbanzo-based approach in a way that holds its own anywhere in the world.
Distinctive flavour first. Everything else follows.
