The bar, in full.

This collection includes one of each handcrafted truffle:

Dodolicious: Rich dodol ganache, with coated dark chocolate.
Banana Republic: Sweet banana cream, wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
Pol to my Pani: Coconut kithul core with a dark chocolate dip.
Mung me up: Mung kavum center with a smooth white chocolate coating.
Kohomedha Bundi: Honey boondi bites, coated with a wall of white chocolate.
Mysore-in' Love: Buttery, flaky, rich Mysore Pak mixed in with a dark chocolate finish.

We work in batches small enough to taste every pour. Cocoa is sourced from wet-zone estates, conched slowly, then tempered by hand, which is why the finish is smoother than the production numbers suggest.
